We're on the lookout for a Precision Ag Specialist who thrives on cutting-edge ag technology and has a sharp eye for detail. What you’ll be doing:

• Provide expert support to customers using precision ag technology across our leading brands (Fendt, Massey Ferguson, PTx Trimble)
• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot GPS, autosteer, and data management systems
• Set up, maintain, and repair GNSS and Trimble machine control systems
• Deliver both remote and on-farm technical support and diagnostics
• Conduct customer training and system optimisation during on-site visits
• Respond to and document incoming technical support queries
• Stay current with the latest developments in agricultural technology
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Parts teams to deliver maximum value and seamless service to customers

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for agriculture and technology
• Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with (or interest in learning) PTx Trimble, Fendt, and Massey Ferguson systems
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A genuine passion for agriculture and agricultural technology
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience with (or willingness to learn) PTx Trimble, Fendt, and Massey Ferguson systems
• A motivated, professional, and proactive approach to tasks
• A strong focus on customer service and delivering high-quality support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems
• Willingness to travel long distances and work independently in remote areas
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Enthusiasm to participate in trade shows, field days, and customer events
• An understanding of electrical wiring and the ability to read schematics (advantageous)
• A current and valid C-class driver’s licence
