Are you looking to kick-start a career in the agricultural machinery industry?

AgriForce Machinery is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Parts Interpreter to join our team at our Gunnedah dealership.

This is a great opportunity to learn on the job while completing a nationally recognised qualification through TAFE NSW – Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) – AUR31020.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll combine practical, hands-on experience within our dealership with formal TAFE training, helping you build the skills and knowledge needed for a long-term career in Parts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working alongside our experienced Parts team, you’ll learn all aspects of agricultural machinery parts, including:

🔹 Identifying and interpreting parts for agricultural machinery
🔹 Assisting customers at the parts counter and over the phone
🔹 Ordering, receiving and dispatching parts
🔹 Using electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems
🔹 Managing stock and keeping the Parts department organised
🔹 Working closely with our Service and Sales teams
🔹 Building your knowledge of agricultural machinery, parts and accessories
🔹 Providing friendly and professional customer service

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

✔️ Has a genuine interest in agriculture, machinery, automotive or mechanical industries
✔️ Is willing to learn and develop new skills
✔️ Has good communication and customer service skills
✔️ Is organised and has good attention to detail
✔️ Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
✔️ Enjoys working as part of a team
✔️ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔️ Is committed to completing the Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) – AUR31020 as part of their apprenticeship
✔️ Must hold a current driver’s licence

Previous parts or agricultural experience is not essential – we’re looking for the right person with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
